Tuesday Aug. 31, the Army Reserve Officer Trainng Corps (ROTC) will be having its annual fall welcome event. During the event ROTC will have the change of command for the new UTSA student leadership, an award presentation for a soldiers /student that recently returned home from deployment.
The ceremony will also welcome back all returning students and welcome all new students.
