I have been having a problem since the beginning of the semester about the crosswalk from the dorms to the campus around the tennis courts.
For some reason, the vehicles that travel that route seem to think that they have the right of way when actually the pedestrians do.
It has been irritating me since the beginning of the year. When vehicles see me or someone else approaching, they speed up.
I believe there needs to be a police officer ticketing drivers who don’t stop for people crossing the crosswalks especially residents.
